Rural America still important but issues often misunderstood

Sen. Jerry Moran says life is changing – sometimes too fast – for much of America, but where it remains closest to the ideal is in rural communities. Members of those face a mounting number of issues, including the presence or absence of basic services such as grocery stores and medical care. Sen. Moran talked about those during his address at the annual meeting of the Delta Council.
