U.S. producers playing catch-up in expanding trade with Cuba

Rep. Rick Crawford says U.S. shippers can offer Cuba much faster deliveries and higher quality grains such as rice. But the U.S. basically has been sitting on the sidelines for 50 years, waiting for the Castro regime to implode, while other countries have been taking advantage of its absence. Crawford hopes to change that with the introduction of the Cuba Agricultural Exports Act.
