When can irrigation be too much of a good thing? Part II

Bob Glodt says some growers in west Texas can irrigate at 90 percent of potential evapo-transpiration or provide somewhere around 1.8 inches of water per week. He spoke on irrigation management at the 2015 Beltwide Cotton Conferences in San Antonio.
