Training students for precision agriculture explosion: Part II

With entities like Monsanto’s Climate Corp. stepping up the level of precision agriculture decision-making, more tech-savy farmers and farm employees will be needed to operate the systems and staff the companies entering the field.

That’s why Monsanto is funding multiple scholarships for a new precision agriculture curriculum at Mississippi State University.

Dave Rhylander talked about the new program at the Monsanto Water Conservation Field Day near Arcola, Miss.
