Reinke extends irrigation system warranty

Reinke Manufacturing, Inc., a leading manufacturer of mechanized irrigation systems, has announced it has implemented a five-year structural warranty on its irrigation systems. The warranty becomes the longest structural warranty available throughout the mechanized agricultural irrigation industry.

“Confidence is what led Reinke to be able to offer this five-year structural warranty,” said Reinke vice-president of engineering John Davis. “It’s the confidence we have in our innovative design, performance of our products and in our level of experience with our Electrogator II line of center pivots and lateral move machines that allows us to implement this additional peace of mind for the producer.”

“Reinke’s goal in the design and build of our irrigation systems is to provide a strong, reliable and long-lasting product that gives producers the greatest return on their investment,” explained Reinke President Chris Roth. “Our new five-year structural warranty is a testament to our ongoing commitment to irrigators and our belief in the talents and dedication of our team of engineers.”

As the irrigation industry standard warranty on structural components is two years or less, Reinke’s new five-year structural warranty is a first for the industry. All existing Reinke equipment warranties remain intact as the new structural warranty is implemented.

This latest offering is just one of many industry “firsts” for Reinke. From the first to offer the bow-string truss system that most pivots use today, to the first to produce a stainless steel mainline pivot and successful integrate GPS technology, the company’s engineering team consistently strives to further increase efficiencies for producers.

Most recent to the market, Reinke introduced the first, patent-pending, Flexible 3-Wheel Tower Base particularly designed to provide improved flotation and traction in difficult soils. Also this fall, the company is launching its exclusive touch screen control panel, the RPM Preferred with Touch Technology. The panel’s Microsoft Windows platform incorporates integrated short cuts to provide the control panel user with immediate access for programming end guns, phase converters, chemical pumps, well pumps and auxiliaries as well as a variety of additional customization capabilities.

“It’s our proven innovation and our ongoing commitment to design and engineering excellence that are the staples for our latest products and this five-year structural warranty offer,” noted Davis. “It is the best in the business; something that our customers have come to expect from Reinke.”
