Trying to change the wind

Austin Scott is one of 83 newly elected Republican members  of Congress, but he is already making his mark among first-term congressmen.  Elected president of his Freshman Class in Congress, Scott has been named to  the Agriculture and Armed Services Committee. He spoke on the passage of H.R.  872, the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act, during an appearance before members  of the Southern Crop Production Association’s during their annual visit to  Capitol Hill in Washington.
