Anti-GMO propaganda won't go away soon

Proponents of Proposition 37, the California ballot initiative that would have required labeling of products containing GMO crops, gave nearly $10.5 million to try to pass the measure. Now those efforts have spread to a number of other states with two – Connecticut and Maine – actually passing labeling requirements. BIO’s Ab Basu explains what has happened since Prop 37’s defeat and how the labeling effort seems to be intensifying in this interview that followed a speech at the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation Delta Area Young Farmer Emerging Issues Conference in Scott, Miss.
