Gregg Ibendahl is a professor of agricultural economics at Mississippi State University. He and a team of researchers at Mississippi State have been looking at combining skip-row cotton production with the new on-board module building pickers to determine if they can help growers save money on harvesting. Ibendahl talked about the research at the Beltwide Cotton Conferences in New Orleans.
