Cotton market points to smallest U.S. crop in years

The National Cotton Council surveyed growers across the Cotton Belt to come up with its Early Season Planting Intentions Report. But economic indicators were also pointing to the low number of 9.01 million acres as the survey was tabulated, according to the NCC's Gary Adams.
