Ag Expo 2017 — sponsored by the North Louisiana Agri-Business Council — is scheduled for Jan. 13-14 at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe, La. Each year, 10,000 to 12,000 attend from throughout Louisiana and adjacent regions of Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas. Exhibitors come from all over the United States.
The 2107 show will feature products and educational seminars to interest large farmers and backyard gardeners. It’s an educational and fun event for the entire family.
Ag Expo 2017 will feature a return of the popular horse exhibition with more breeds and more demonstrations of horsemanship, the newest products and services for agriculture producers and related businesses, educational displays and programs for the public, a Junior Livestock show featuring more than 400 animals, stock dog trials (featuring Border Collies), and educational seminars for specific interests.
Ag Expo is sponsored each year by the North Louisiana Agri-Business Council, with extensive cooperation from LSU AgCenter, Louisiana Tech University, Louisiana Cattlemen’s Association and Monsanto.
